Trust me when I say its best to use it anyway. I found that it gets rid of a annoying clicking delay bug when you use it while the client's mouse lock is on. Using the client's intergraded mouse freedom causes a clicking delay lag of 500ms. Its likely because its checking every half second to see if the mouse is still in the game window.
