[endless damage n effect from skill AOE]

When I use the Thunder Storm skill, the skill takes out damage continuously even though I'm sitting , and this will disappear if I change the map.
I forgot to start when this happened and this also happened to skills used by monsters and some skill areas such as grand cross, santuary also provides continuous effects without stopping.
I have tried to find the cause and still have not found the cause.

I have made comparisons of the original files from Venus such as skill_db.txt, skill_castnodex.txt, skill.conf, battle.conf and the results are not different
