Client 20180620 RE.

What I tried so far:

• In this post is saying that the skin of char selection screen was changed between 201806 and 201810 (I am using a data folder dated 201808), so I downloaded the correct textures for my client (the old ones) and pasted in the correct folder(data/texture/À¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽º/), nothing, game still crashes.
• Here, this person was having the same problem as me, he got things to work disabling Doram creation, also tried that, with no success.

For extra info: the login server is reached and char server responds with the "Loading Char Data (id)", so is probably not server fault.

open the client again and try login again.

as I said in the post, once that happens and I try to reopen the client it's refuse to open again.

i recommend 2015-10-29a . . . 

well, since rAthena list this client as the most recent fully supported and compatible there's shold be no problems, and I downloaded the client from the official post in the forums. I don't want to use an old client like that because what a read online there's a lot of new things since 2015... (Doram for example)

 

Edit: I was able to solve the problem, I open NEMO and investigated all maked patches, and one saying "Ignore resources Error" was marked, I dismarked it and I was presented with the font missing error "RixSquirrel_10.eot". I was able to find the fonts and put them in the right place. Now the clients opens, but when I type login and password and the client tries to load char data, it crashes immediately without error messages. Any thoughts?

Hello all, this is my first time in years making a server for me, I remenber that in the last time I tried to make a server for me I got things to work, but now I forgot all the process.

I compiled the Emulator, configured it, did the database part and when I open the server everything looks fine, with no errors whatsoever.

Then now I am stuck here for good weeks now, in the Client side...

I am using the folder provided in this post, using the 20180620 client provided in this post and packing these lua files in the data.grf that comes in the folder.

(even though in the GitHub page says that the 20180620 client is not supported, I already see people making it work)

The result is a error message telling me that "Ragnarok.exe has changed, press OK to restart", then it's restarts with a grey window. When i try to open again it just won't open.

After that I decided to only diff with recommended options, the result this time is a error of some font missing called "RixSquirrl.eot", tried to find this font online with no success.

Then that's ir, I am stuck here for weeks now, anyone can gadly tell me what I am doing wrong? I sorry for my english, I know it's really sloppy but I tried my best.

Here works fine using VS2017, have you installed the SDKs to compile? Install it an then select it in the projects settings.

sorry to revive old topic, but how did you manage to make those lua files work with the 20180620 client? in the GitHub page it's listed as "Not Suported" and also it crashes. I am triyng to do setup my server with same files
