[arch bishop quest @ valkyrie part]

Hi there. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, so I will post my query here.

Query:

I'm in the middle of the official arch bishop quest, and am at the part where I've failed the valkyrie's quest. Please see Screen 1 of my character back in the room. My problem is, the valkyrie will not talk to me anymore no matter how many times I click here.

Screen 2 is a screenshot of the arch bishop quest at where I think the failed script is (it could be a totally internal issue, so I'm not sure), and Screen 3 is a screen shot of my global_reg_value database to show my current position in the quest.

Screen 4 is me setting the value of job_arch to 5, which re-enabled the quest at that point. Screen 5 for proof.

With further (unintentional) failings, I notice that everytime I fail something the job_arch value in the global database gets set to 7 and I would be unable to talk to the valkyrie again.

Screen 6: One thing that gets me is when the mobs go to hit me. I get that error, but it does not error me out. I can simply bypass it by holding down enter, right click and kill mob as a gm. It is annoying, though.

Another thing...Randomly through the quest, I get kicked out because "it's too dangerous." Then my job_arch gets reset back to 7 and I have to go back to the SQL to change it to 5.

If someone could get back to me on this issue I have, it would be very helpful. Much thanks.

In the end: Not sure if bug, or if I just suck at this bishop quest.

Minor notes:

1. The valkyrie's dialogue have some minor grammatical errors.

2. In Screen 1, the quest box open should be for the Bishop job change. Is there a translation file ready for that?

Extra Information:

All my files in my trunk folder are up to date. I update semi frequently. I got my data.grf from the most recent file available at ratemyservers. I believe I found my full data folder from somewhere on this site.

[N: Warlock job change when blvl > 99]

Hi guys:

I was testing out all of the job changes on my very private server with a character that's over level 99. When it came to the warlock job change, I kept getting the message "Ah...How come you've made it this far...?" Only when I lower the level is when I can job change to warlock. I'm assuming it's the same for high priestess and the other classes (I still need to test the rest of the 3-x jobs). Is there a way to enable characters over level 99 to finish the 3-x job quests as well?

Past installing my custom auras, I encountered two issues:

1. Past level 150, I could only see my own aura. I've tried everything that's listed on the wiki and then some.

2. I couldn't figure out how to disable the 99 aura on mobs (eg, lvl 99 Naga in spl_fild02) without lowering the monsters' levels.

I've shut down the servers and restarted them. I'll try doing @reloadscript ingame next.

At this point I'm thinking it's something wrong with my data.grf. Reload script and server restart didn't fix the problem ^^;

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately it's still bugged in my game, despite the updated updated priest.txt.

I tried replacing the line, but that broke the whole quest. My map server produced the following error:

I took a peek at my client folder (D:\Programs\Gravity\NyanRO\data exture) and noticed there is no cardbmp folder. Could that be a source for the error as well?

Hi guys. I'm pretty new at setting up servers, but I somehow managed to set one up. However, while testing the priest job change I came across an error that I haven't seen before (screenshot below). I'm not quite sure how to fix it other than finding a copy of the file. Would that be my only option?

Another issue I have is with the /battlemode command. It's a minor inconvenience, but typing /battlemode does not switch BM on/off. I had to manually set the BM on/off by pressing esc>bm Settings. Is there a fix for it?
