for people outside your LAN, set their clientinfo to use your WAN IP address. For people in your LAN, you can set their clientinfo to use LAN or WAN IP address / No-ip address.

to make it simple, just set clientinfo, connecting using WAN ip address

I tried what you said. I edited those three files as you ordered and what I got was: Failed to connect to server

Can you help? I just want to connect by WAN with my friends.

How do I create a form for other people sign up on my login db on phpmyadmin?

It's not practical adding account by account on login table.
