They don't. As mentioned above, it's better to learn how to install your own server.

I've been using OVH VPS for a long time, some support tickes are answered just in minutes, others can take up to 20 hours. Is not a big deal, but the only thing I can complain about their services is: you have to do everything on your own.

You can do this:

setmapflag "map_name01", mf_bexp, 120;
setmapflag "map_name02", mf_jexp, 120;

Players will gain 20% extra base exp and job exp on those maps.

You'll need to reload mob database everytime you modify exp gained.

atcommand "@reloadmobdb";

Tested on Hercules.
Haven't tested on rAthena yet.
