[Help for error 277]

tried setting permission...but to avail....moved suexec to suexec.unused...also no use

i have tried moving suexec away and still stuck at this error show below:

edited the folder permission to 777 and folder already having ownership of apache.But still having the same error.

Anyone kind souls to help?
