i couldn't make it work with .@r

You need to use getrefinerycnt() not getrefine as getrefine doesn't have an item to getrefine of.
So like this? bonus bMatk,5*(getequiprefinerycnt(EQI_HAND_R)/3)
or should i just change .@r = getrefine to .@r = getequiprefinerycnt(EQI_HAND_R)

This is for the Piamette ribbon/mad bunny combo, and it's supposed to increase your MATK by 5 per 3 refine level. Everything works, except the Matk part. Can someone shed me a light into this? Thanks!

Yep, it looks wrong, i think it's best if you post this issue on rathena's github, someone will probably give you an answer there.
