[Kagerou/Rebellion/Oboro palette error fix]

this probably belongs in this thread https://rathena.org/board/topic/101085-kagerou-palettes/but it is archived, I made a bandaid of my own for the issue but it actually has the proper colors for clothing

Just wanted to share what I did so noone else had to rename and go through the same process.
