[Server Crash with unknown cause]

Hello, the server suddenly get this message, and the map server went down. 

[Error]: Server received crash signal! Attempting to save all online characters!

 

 

There's no error message or something it just suddenly pop up, does anyone know what's the cause?

The main problem was our modification, we looked up for the solution and realized it was our fault. That's why we revert it back, officially thanatos doesn't work on asura strike.
