I followed all the tutorial step-by-step. My server logs normally. But the problem is when I create the character. Shortly after creating the character, I click to enter the game and returns me the message: "Rejected From Server (3)"

 

Check your server windows (the ones that appear when you run the starting .bat file) and see what it says. I had the same problem, turn out something went wrong with the account I created for my GM in the database. Creating a new account with _M/_F solved it for me.
