the .gat file that's already in the mapcache belongs to the destroyed morocc which doesn't allow you to walk in the center. you'll have to select your old morocc's map .gat and input that in the mapcache, that is, if you're replacing the destroyed morocc with the old morocc.

There are no LUA files around for the date you mentioned, you could try to fix that problem using the LUB files from the skillinfo/skillinfoz inside your rdata.grf though you would need to update your client to around that date you're using the client, can't guarantee it'll fix the problem though.

[DATA.INI problem]

Well, you do not want to delete your DATA.INI since that's the file the client reads all the GRF's to use from. Is the GRF in which these maps are packed into mentioned in the DATA.INI?

Well, I have no clue how far eAthena is with their renewal branch so I can't help with that.

Here is a link where you can download the clients to use for diffing purposes, https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/weetools/clients/ that should help you on your way. I recommend you either use the 20110111 client or any other client between the 20110906 version. Also remember to compile your SVN when you make changes to your src, else they won't take effect!

in char_athena.conf

Just edit the deletion delay to whatever you want it to be.
