I really, really wish to create a ragnarok server. I want it to be good so I decided to be serious about what I do.

 

I wish to host pre-renewal mechanics and have the latest content (maps/mobs/items) available.

 

My questions are:

1 Where do I check for latest rAthena releases on here and should I use latest? If not, then which one should I?

 

2  Should I use newest client? If yes, which one is the latest, supported by rAthena and where do I check these things? If no, then which one should I use, and will new content work with older client version? I must add the client version also must have translation available because korean buttons don't exactly turn me on.

 

I think I will manage/forumsearch all else, but this two subjects I need cowered before I can move on and are most confusing for me.

wanted to make pre-renewal server with 150 dex instacast, BUT need to have spells like StormGust and the likes to retain a minimum cast time so people can react in some way before getting obliterated by a huge nuke. Is this possible?
