damn i think i know how to solve this one, im too noob, i just realize that the id group is 4, it should be id group is also 4 in SQL instead of 60, sorry guys, thanks for the help, i got slow brain

Its ok now, I just remove the folder Almighty and put the events in event folder and other npc in custom folder.
