Display order is normally OK!

I'm trial and error, but the entry rule is hard to understand ...

ACCESSORY_Volume_Low_Twin > item_db is Lower Location. (logically 300? but It’s not changed by 300...ACCESSORY_Straight_Long_YL is 200...??layer...2...TB_Layer_Priority.Default_Bottom??)

ACCESSORY_Clock_Casket > item_db is Top Location. (Top Location is 200? + TB_Layer_Priority.Default_Top 3? = 203?)

But Costume Upper and Lower Equip display order is reversed
2017-06-14bRagexeRE client display order is normally OK.
Do you know how to fix it?
