[how to translate my ragnarok to arabic ? :D]

i'm not sure if this was the right section but couldn't find the right one

 

So back to the topic

i can't translate any thing to arabic 

NPC For Example when i translate it i can't save it ansi  and the npc doesn't work when i save it in utf-8

 

 

Just Solved I Needed To Change The System locate to Arabic

Who Has This Problem 
Open Region & Language >> Administrative >> Change System Locale...

the table was in logs and when i moved it to rathena

Hello

Just wanted to know if it's impossible to make npc that allows players to report for bugs and suggest for events

so could GMs See it ?
