is that is possible to make a script for lower the damage of spiral? like -40% spiral damage?

i have 1 problems. when i use sniper and put trap if i use skill arrow shower to the trap the trap moved and gone. i want make it after i use arrow shower the trap is still not gone and i can put other trap and forth the trap many more. please help..
