[Ragnarok Offline Server]

I want to make a Ragnarok Offline server .. But none of the guides seem to help .. And most link by older guides are dead ends .. I did make a server before .. but have forgotten how to do so ..

 

Can someone please help me .. Guides, suggestions, and aything that wll help ..
