the file you were given was a grf, you could extract it and then put it into the directory: ROdatatextureÀ¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽º if not your going to have to list the grf, you were given in the data.ini in your ragnarok folder.

that should work how are you checking if it is/is not working, if your doing it by stylist, they have a certain cap on to which you can see the hairstyle your on, If you are doing so, try using the command @hstyle in-game.

kinda half and half, but the chat_wnd_f lua error was due to lua files i believe but I think the poster solve that issue

once i fixed my lua files everything was smooth sailing from there, when I got that no message stuff I got the translation files into english, and ran a simple complied GRF (or data folder) and logged me on with no issue.

well thats only client-side, for the login rejected check mmo.h is set to 20110315 and recompile and packet_db.txt is set to 26

oh i thought it was only client side since it is in the client & patcher support section.
