Need help, Warm Wind buff is getting removed every time you switched weapons. Any one knows how to make it stay even if you switch weapons? I am using 2019 client.

Hi, anyone knows why my garment wings is not making its animation? It's supposed to be changing colors and moving its wings like up and down a little bit.
