[Idle animations, Action Index and Costume questions]

1. What make the idle animations to trigger?

2. Is there a way to make the animation trigger one time and stop the loop with act editor? same with the sound?

3. What does every of the 39 numbers in the action index? 

4. It is possible to make a headgear costume to have a transformation effect like the transformation scrolls and candy?
