check the items that he has. also check if your # commands are on to normal players. there are alot of reason LOL.

check the sniper status first maybe he is edited. second he probably used ROR and ROF to the emp and randomly asura ( could happen if your emp is edited too). check the account level of the sniper also.

you need to recompile.
