most of them have probably forgot the fact that 99% of pre-renewal servers disable official things like the god-items and certain mvp/boss cards for being too unbalanced, and dont even get me started on servers that make custom items that are almost as bad as some of the god-items (because slotted lower headgears and +10 all stat wings are super balanced right?)..... renewal fixes things like god-items to be less OP, but at the same time they still havent balanced 3rd jobs yet on kro/iro imo, when i login to kro i stil see suras and genetics everywhere and never any mechanics, warlocks, GXs, or rangers, and im seeing less RKs everyday too :<

for woe/pvp/bg i still like pre-renewal better just because im more used to the mechanics and i like how fast paced it is with stuff like instant cast, while for pvm and mvping i like renewal better because lvling is so much faster and and more fun, you actually get to explore and kill new monsters every few lvls for the best possible exp instead of just leeching characters to 99/70 in thor/nameless/bio3 all the time.

im alive, just having financial problems in rl, which is why i changed my profile thing to show that im currently only going to work on ro related stuff for money. i have been keeping up with kro news though, and keeping my files updated even though i havent been posting them to the svn yet :<

Ragnarok Online Updating Project: The goal of ROUP is to provide private servers with the newest content (and sometimes exclusive content) from official servers. This project will mainly focus on database and npc files for non-renewal servers, source code updates will only be provided when needed for certain database and npc updates. All npc files in ROUP are intended to work only for non-renewal servers, preferably those using the rAthena emulator. Keep in mind, there is no official non-renewal version for any episode 13.3 or newer content. The databases provided here were customized/balanced by me to allow non-renewal servers to implement renewal-only content without any bugs or imbalance issues. if you can't memo the brasilis dungeon maps or memo/tele inside brasilis (bra_in01), they are using rathena~ or if its a renewal server, just type @mi for any of the newest mobs #2300+ and if the mob exists they are using rathena~

i would include ro medic, nodelay.grf, and ahk in that list. sucks that harmony doesn't even block these :< i've played on tons of servers with harmony and i never get any lag even with 40+ people on my screen, although i only have rcx running in the background. most of the people i see on some server's forums who complain about harmony causing them lag are using pretty much all the programs mentioned above at the same time while doing woe/bg...

there is no official non-renewal version for any monsters released in episode 13.3 and newer, but i do plan to release custom versions of these monsters that will work fine on non-renewal servers <3

i might try to make it in the future, Dragon Nest is the only mmorpg that i like besides RO <3
