i think depending on the item man, i already tried creating custom item,, yep only iteminfo.lua but for accessories/weapons/ equipments i think there's another file that you need to add the item info. check this out,, https://rathena.org/board/topic/100668-custom-items-problem/?hl=%20custom%20%20equipment so far it has the guidelines
