I understand I need a team. I was hoping to get some attention from people looking to start a server themselves. I did look at the resume section but it didnt seem apropriate as a first post or for asking for a whole team.

Hi everyone, I have joined here since I was looking into hosting a private RO server. I have a few dedicated servers for various things and one is going mostly unused at the moment and I am looking for something to do with it. I picked RO as I did host at home many many years ago for friends and enjoyed it but have not a clue now on what the deal is. So if anyone can point me in the right direction to where there are people who know what they are doing and are looking for hosts or someone who will work with me and be patient as I learn lol......
