Alright, I got it all together. It got a bit rocky with versions and patching, then with GM commands. Now I'm going to see if I can make a portable version of MySQL and wrap this up into a nice package. It's times like this I wish my friends were into games like this instead of COD or MW. It gets a bit lonely. Any database tweaks that you or others recommend for a Solo play game? That cash store looks useful and kind of fun for a Solo stockup sheet.

The last time I played RO was on a private eAthena server back in '07 I think. I was cleaning my Archive when I came across my old client and server setup. I decided to update to the latest eAthena only to find that I'm really behind the times. I want to try the Gun Slinger and other 3rd tier+ classes. It seems that rAthena is what I'm looking for. Unfortunately I didn't keep notes on how I got the RO client (obtained or setup) or anything much for that matter. It was before I had an Archive so there isn't a lot of notes from that time. So I've compiled the Server and I'm getting ready to set it up to use my MySQL server. I'm going to ask in support how I get the client setup. The Wiki is listing files from 2011, but I'm reading that there is a 2014 client somewhere and I haven't the slightness clue on where it is or how to get it. On the other hand, I'm seeing that adding custom colors is easier than it used to be. A High Priest in an all black and gold outfit rocked. - Kayot
