  2. for some reason i cant get to prontera, the client stops loading at 3%, stops responding then closes, no error messages on map server or anywhere else, could it be because i'm using [05-18-2015 kRO Client Folder] from RMS? if so which should I use...

  4. hi all its me again, i've been trying to figure out/find the image files for those buttons on the 2nd-password screen, and plus that other one beside 'charge', mine are still in korea, take a look: 2nd pass screen: character select screen http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/39/screentest002.jpg/ last night i spent all night looking for those images, i tried looking as bmp and tga i even had the idea to extract the files from data.grf and not overwrite the files on my data folder...but the only files that were missing from my data folder had no text at all =/ now i'm lost again... i hope somenody can show me a light here, and, as always, thanks in advance

  6. hello everybody its been a while since i asked for help here....hehe anyways, well i've been trying to set up the client for my server since yesterday, but...i got stuck with this: the client is not loading any of these files, nor from data folder, neither from my custom grf: i tried in every way i could imagine, using data folder, not using it, i even tried to look for lua/lub scripts about it but to no good. resuming everything: item's name, description, etc, are not being 'translated', i mean, its only reading the info about the items from data.grf and rdata.grf (it seems) i dont know what to do anymore, thats why i came to ask you guys for some light here... btw im using 2012-04-18, i dont think the server revision has anything to do with this but anyways...i'm using rAthena SVN 17229 thanks in advance to all of you
  7. thanks Winz, btw i had the idea to "copy" the files from mediafire to my own acc instead of using yours (i know we're not supposed to do that i was just checking if it would work), but still i must admit gdrive is way much faster to download the files, not to mention all the ads at mediafire beside the fact that sometimes you need try lots of times until you can finally start the download.....but whatever....i recommend to everyone to download from gdrive, its much better (unless you're in love with mediafire and have a pro-acc), with all said...i must thank you again Winz!
  8. really? aftr digging up on old eA forums i noticed that its been there since revision 13026 if im not mistaken, then i downloaded the svn-trunk from the repository, and looked in there, then i found the quest files under 'quests/collection/' after that i took a look on the .conf that lists the npc files to be loaded and i found out that these quest files are commented on scripts_athena.conf ¬¬ sorry to bother guys, my bad =/ i should have digged deeper before posting, sorry please close this topic =/

Hi all, it's been some time since i last posted anything on the forums XD Well, as I always tell my 'story' before actually asking things out: I'm preparing/testing things out before my server go live, while doing that i missed some Quest NPC's, repeatable quests that is, such as Lilla's quest which you should give her some Sharp Leaves (20 or 50, cant remember) and as a reward you'd earn some base and job exp, the quest is repeatable until lv70 i think, cant remember, but you could check it out on the irowiki though, there is enough info to create the logic of the script but i cant get the text, if i could then i'd make the scripts myself, i dont do it with 'any text' beucase i want to feel like official, at least the quests that is, if i were to make fully custom quests then i'd do that of course, but since these quests do exist on official servers i'd like to make'em official, besides, i wonder why it isn't there anymore, its been there on older eAthena (i know rAthena is not eAthena but the scripts were there), don't know which version though, neither the file names or folders. Anyway, if its still on the official servers it should be on rAthena too, right? So, does anyone have those scripts or should we start a small project on that one? * by 'that one' i mean all of the repeatable exp quests scripts Thanks in advance

  11. i know that i've already made another topic about this issue i've noticed that there's something incomplete on the base source of taekwon's ranking bonuses i'm talking about it here, because this post has been more active than the other one, so... well Ms. Wynn, i ask you to take a look at my post about the TK-Ranker issue: http://rathena.org/b...2151#entry82151 there in my last post, i've put a link to International Ragnarok Online site, where it describes how the ranking bonuses should actually work, its in the Taekwon Mission Skill's description, i also pasted a copy of the description on my post, the link is just to prove that i'm not making it all up then please Ms. Wynn, if it's not too much to ask, at least take a look there thanks in advance XD
  12. yeah, it finally works just fine XD thanks again Wynn_ but now i'm wondering about something, since i'm new with the renewal mechanics, i'd like to make the drops to be old-school like, i looked at the "battle_config" files and couldn't find anything that says something like renewal_drops, or something, that changes the rates depending on whats he lv difference between the player and the monster, where/how do i change this?

Even though i dont have time to test it right now , but once i get back home i will for sure! ---- edit: finally got back home and well...when i was about to test it, i noticed that after i applied the patch i cant login to map server anymore, weird that a warning message were appearing on the char-server instead of map...anyway i tied up my hands by downloading the svn again and then i could actually try it out... it 'worked' i mean the logic where you're checking if the item is supposed to be looted or not is kinda messy: say if you use @autoloot 100, it wouldnt loot anything o_O, but if u set @alootid, to jellopy for example, and @notloot jellopy too, everything would be looted but jellopy, im trying to figure out whats wrong over there...at least that i think i can handle myself...but since its very late here now, im just gonna go to bed, and take a look at that tomorrow XD anyways, thanks guys, once i fix it up i'll post it here!
