| Playtester 2014-11-13 12:20:07 | This should solely depends on the attr_fix.txt. If skill damage is 0% then damage should fail. It's working in pre-renewal for sure. Tried casting waterball on Hydra and it just does 25 times "MISS". Maybe the OP meant something else, but without additional info I would consider this Invalid. | |
