Thor patcher downloads but doesn't apply patch

Hello rAthena, my thor patcher is downloading the patches but the patches were never applied. Am I missing something? Thanks to the person who can answer.

I tried deleting the .dat file to repatch (doesnt work)

I tried making a simple patch with only 1 file (doesnt work)
I tried using gamexe+patcher option (doesnt work)
I even used the ASCII option (doesnt work)

Check grf name in thor generator.

Check write permissions to the file which you wanna to patch.

Run patcher with admin privileges.

even when not patching the grf, the patch still doesnt apply

try this:

 

- Open your Thor Maker.exe

- input your setup.exe file that you want to patch to client

- input the output to a .thor file format

- select the upper left dropdown menu from "RO-GRF" to "File",

- choose "Single File" radio button

- choose Unicode

- Press "Generate"

 

then when your generate it, Thor Maker will ask for the output directory, and choose "[root]" radio button then press Okay

 

there you go, just upload the result file to your patch server directory that you set for Thor pacth data.
