High rate? Super High Rate?

I notice that high rate and super high rate servers are fading away still low and mid keeps growing.. So their era is done? or some admin or dev cant figure how to set an enjoyable and balanced server?

If you got a good IDEA on how you will run that kind of rates it will be good. I can't says its fading (still depends on the development)

High rate and especially super high rate only survives if it is for pvp/woe, but those die eventually as well. Once everyone maxes out every class, the game just gets boring. This is the reason why the "official" rate is 1~2 and not 10000000000000.
