How to restore sql backup? (roll back)

Anyone knows how to properly do this? Is it just like simply importing in phpmyadmin or what?

just reimport what you have export out from your server previously.

mysql -u "user" -p "database" <  dump.sql

you cant do it by default via phpmyadmin if the dump is too big
