To people who bought Keough's map but the map never came

There is the only way to get back our money, 

Paypal told me if Keough Paypal account has too many payment report

His account will be freeze until the payment issue is clear.

If you are one of us,

Please report the payment in Paypal and contact us in here.

So we would know how many people deceived by Keough.

Keough, idk, and I never had contact with him.

try for dispute? and, if PayPal limiting someone account, it never can be done just by sending email request (my friend experienced this for some cases). so try contact PayPal via call. First, find the nearest PayPal representative, or the language possibility that maybe you know.

Call PayPal, don't send them email.

He knew the buyer cannot get the refund after 45 days in Paypal

And he just disappear and ignore your message!

He would answer you after the paypal officer help me to send his a message.

But He will disappear again.

probably dispute also cant help him if the seller did do like this..

I don't want to white knight, and I've never had a personal conversation with him, but K e o u g h has posted heaps of maps. Is there any evidence of this or are these just claims? I haven't seen other posts like this, so what's the deal?

Have any of the rAthena support staff contacted K e o u g h or investigated this beyond a single post?

rA Staff haven't gotten involved yet as i currently see no reason to.

 

I understand what you are saying, but one way or another it is relevant to rAthena. Users are posting about it here and it comes down to bashing someone who does legitimate business, or enabling someone to continue doing illegitimate business or am I wrong?

I don't want to tell anyone how to do their job, but I can't help but feel these threads are toxic in some way.

Hello Admin,

Here is the chat record in skype of my case,

I order the custom map in 7th May,2014

 

And he take this job. 

9th May, I sent him the gameplay video to help him.

But no reply, I thought he may be busy, so I didn't bother him any more.

25th May, I am interested in his Runeterra, I was asking some detail and he is there.

He also selling that series to me, but in the end I didn't buy that series.

Also, he said the map is 50% in progress.(25th May)

And let me see the screenshot in next week, in the end, he didn't.

I bought those three maps in the same day(25th May)

And I had receive those three maps. (26th May)

4th June and 17th June

I was asking the other map from him, he was online.

 

20th June and 14th July

I asked for my custom map, he was not there.

24th July, I asked suggestion to Paypal officer,

they said I should open a report to protect my money first.

After that they help me to send Keough a message. 

Keough reply me the preview maybe in 30th July,

So I wait to the next month and he disappear again until now.

 

I am still asking for the map everyday

And he is not reply,

Also, those 3 dungeon maps I have some question to ask,

And still cannot contact him.

I would upload more photo if necessary.

Paypal said if the seller got too many payment issue, 

he need to solve those issue to unlock his paypal account.

For example to refund the money. <- They said
