It's nothing special, nor is it hard to do but it is rather practicable . My aim is to programm a microcontroller board (http://arduino.cc/) for fetching server data (online users, server status, gms/admins online...) and display it on a small tft lcd screen or the server status via (RGB) LEDs. Additionally, the device should be able to start/restart/stop the servers via buttons and IRC. The use of such a little device is the possibility to look after the server and if neccessary restart it very fast without the need to start a computer or connect a mobile device. A sound notification after the server has crashed would be possible too. After playing with the arduino, I will update this thread as soon as i ordered the ethernet shield for my board. For those who want to rebuild it maybe (one can hope at least) I will make a tutorial-like description with images in this thread, additionally I will provide my commented source code for free use. Since I am a starter, don't be too harsh Best regards, Shadowscreen Sorry for my bad english but the lack of school shows up pretty much.... *freeze until holidays* big project for work Edited July 28, 2014 by shadowscreen

Also I have some extra stuff in mind wich i can do with the rasp
