After Skill Weapon Refine GetItem Tab is Missing

After Using Weapon Refine in 2013-08-07 Exe, The getitem tab is not showing!

 

This only happens when using the Whitesmith Skill Weapon Refine, and because of that issue! It don't let me know or watch the current refine level after a succeded refine!.

The normal behaviour is to show the getitem tab with the current refine Just like this one! It Don't seem to work with the WS Weapon Refine Skill!
