Yesterday on ruRO we've received the 175lvl/60job update with the new skills. So, Dragon Breath was nerfed, so against a weak geared target it now deals 4k damage in PvP while it was like 25k. So, Dragon Breath is totally useless now. About the new skills:
1)Sorcerer's Elemental Shield - it sets Safety Wall and Pneuma(3x3) on every party member (who is not standing on Land Protector). Instant cast, no cooldown, no reuse at any level. So, we still can not understand the difference between lvl1 and lvl5. It might only be the range, though on lvl1 it is already 25x25 cells around the Sorcerer, so it might be 29x29 at lvl 5, everything other is the same. Safety Wall is lvl10 in both cases, Pneuma lasts 9 seconds as always. It does not matter if there are some pneumas or Safety Walls standing near, the skill always sets them both. So, pretty nice counter for Self Destruction.
2)Royal Guard King's Grace has 90 seconds re-use delay, instant cast, cures from different statuses all your party members at 9x9 around the caster at lvl3. We have not tested the difference between lvl1 and 5, though 9x9 area most likely will remain since it has the same 9x9 animation.
3)Sura Flash Combo - first 3 skills applied almost instantly, the last one - SNB - is after like 2 seconds delay. During the combo you can not do anything - no skills, no items use. For now Tiger Cannon during the combo does not deal 2x damage, though - the whole combo costs only 65 sp and 3 spheres totally, so it does not consume 30% hp and 20% sp from the Tiger Cannon. 12 at lvl1 and 4 at lvl5 seconds re-use delay.
4)Shadow Chaser Emergency escape - is one of the best and usefull skills implemented. 12sec delay at lvl1 , 2 sec at lvl5, instant cast. Sets up a trap without any restrictions - so you can FSK and use EE and the target will be trapped. Or, you can just use the skill for trapping in WoE, since the traps last pretty long. You can even trap Manhole'd target.
5)The common skill Over Limit - has 1 hour delay at all the levels, we think it is a bug, and turns off if dont have sp.
6)Rangers buff - works according the decription and is removed by Dispell. Warlock's buff - we have not tested if it is dispellable.
7)Genetic's Hallucination skill - pretty useless, 100% chance but is cured by panacea, and the geneticst need to come in meele range to use the skill. It does not reduce flee or hit. No delay, like 2 seconds cast time.

what i'm trying to say is... we emulate those skills differently.

although i'm not sure if ruRO is close to kRO when it comes to implementation.

@@reigneil, just try wait that guy next update on ruRO, if the things on other official ROs are different from kRO, it also means the other official RO will does some updates after it.

kRO use the Default Settings, while other Official RO Servers tweaked the settings of kRO like iRO, There are some modified skills that they see those skills are too imbalance for their server.

Elemental shield dosnt work on my rathena ver and its 17000+, its that normal?

I tried it with party, even if im alone in my party, and it dosnt work, but if i use it without party it places 1 safety wall in my position.

 

if this is SRC problem can someone point the mistake, here is the src code.
