Housing System

I'm not sure about this is the correct area, I want YOU people to give ME ideas.

I'm developing a housing system which I intend to post here for download, but I can't think about new ideas.

I'm aware of these main features, like PvP Switch, a Dresser, Planting Area, Custom Storage, HP/SP recover by the Bed, and others features that eAmod has.

Anyone have a new idea? Something that nobody thinked about..

( I will create the scripts and the map )

Im not sure whats in eamods so ill just spit ideas

A personal dead branch room with an emergency kill switch ( no drops from switch ) bonus exp in own/ family house.

A kitchen for making food items.

Alchemy station ( where anyone can make select potions )

Water for holy water making.

A "disguise" feature for trying out headgears and style combos, lets you wear all headgear ids till you leave.

Personal warper

Repair station ( uses like iron or something )

Refinement station (cost on top of regular cost)

Pet incubator

Skill/Stats reseter

Spa ( buffer)

Marriage required to rent maybe.

Special quests after owning home for additional features

Free access mailbox

Piggy bank/ coin zeny converter

Password door lock

house pet

2. marriage required -   .. I cant get a house if I dont get married?
3. guest inviting - sound good
4. password door lock - actually we can have "physical" key that bind to each users.. like your real life where you distribute key to your housemates.
