login server is on red button its means login server is down ..

 

but on my vnc viewer its up at the same time i cant connect to server .. its always FTC failed to connecet to server

 

how to fix this ..

Use search function, tons of answers to this problem.

 

Check IPs, check mmo.h, make sure you're using the correct client. Those are the two most common issues, but being as your char and map server are online, your client failing to connect is likely a mmo.h misconfiguration or clientinfo.xml having the wrong IP address

 

Website side-note, is your site hosted on a different IP address than your server? If so, the reason it's showing offline is probably a port problem (you'll need to have your webhost open your login server port)

i have problem in linux too after i start the server in vnc viewer and its up/online

 

when i try to open terminal and use command 

 

./athena-start status            

 

its shown

 

login_server seemdown

map_server seemdown

char_server seemdown

 

what should i do, i think im losing logs in sql and inter_athena.conf but i dont know what to do

 

anyone can give me a guide
