En el archivo db/packet_db.txt de eAthena hay packets de 2012 solo para 2012-07-02 aRagexeRE. Para cualquier otro cliente de este año tendrás que buscar e implementar tú los packets. Supongo que solo buscas implementar pre-renewal ya que con esos clientes tan antiguos los nuevos sprites, mapas, hats etc no te funcionarán.
