Cash shop button

I know few of you guys have the lastest Rathena with cash shop button but mine dont. I wan to have it also kinda handy. How is it possible can someone tell me.

 

Someone told me to pm a guy, because he do that cash shop buttons but he didnt reply any of my message. Can someone help me about this?. Thank you in advance.
