You just need to put a card item on the 4th slot. But make sure that the item you want to enchant has less than 4 slots.

Example:

@item2 1228,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,4730

This will add a AGI + 1 enchant to your armor/weapon.

and where can i find the var, to read my upper equiped item,

Can it be universal? or do i have to add every possible enchantable  gear 1 by 1 in a menu?

what did u mean?

just use @item2 command like TwerkMaster said

@item2 <item name/ID> <quantity> <identify_flag> <refine> <attribute> <card1> <card2> <card3> <card4>

put item_id of the stone to the card4
