In old revision they have base luck to immunity changes, so basically when you just need to set it and experiment what corresponding value it'll reduce the freeze % and it's duration. though i've been exploring around to use the latest new revisions sadly this code was gone on conf/battle/status.
This:

So far i've been checking whats new in status.c and i found this code how can i decrease the duration of frost/freeze base on luck via src or in anyway to nerf it. ( I'm not really good on evaluating it )
