Solution: Custom Theme had already set links, just replaced them in the header.php with links from calcium kids cms addon for flux. Worked fine. Yes you can Done installing the CMS, but still page not found. Also some questions, where will I really put the url? in the addon.php of CMS or I will put the link in my themes folder->header.php?
