It is important because: - guild is not run by a single lead. If it is, then the leader is either a total no lifer, or the guild goes on and off often. You simply can't expect one lead all the way for an in-game organisation.- with more heads, it gets rather difficult to monitor all sometimes. Invitation xyz has invited abc to the guild.
