Custom Texture problem in GRF

Does anynone have this problem before? i have made a custom textures on the ground and when i put them in the grf the map ground textures is totally BLACK! as in no textures, but the textures are in the correct directory and name, but then again when i put the textures on the data folder, tadah! it shows in-game. how weird, anyone know how to fix it?

While you create the map in BrowEdit, the map reads the file's directory using '/' instead of '\'. If you notice, official maps reads the textures' directory with the proper sign, while in BrowEdit is the different sign. That is no problem if you add it to the data folder, but if you pack them in a GRF, you will have to change it (modifying the map file in Notepadd++, for example).

Try a different encoding when you repack, long shot but that might work for you.
