Increase MAX HP/SP for Expanded Jobs

Hello all.. I need to know how can I change and where to edit the total Max HP for expanded Jobs only.

What's I mean is i want to increase 20% of the normal Max HP & SP for expanded jobs
So For normal jobs {novice/trans/3rds) their hp/sp is only 100%

but for expanded jobs (linker/taekwon/ninja/gunslinger...etc.) their hp/sp is 120%

Hope someone can help me.
