I HIGHLY recommend you look through guides on the boards or wiki BEFORE getting someone to help you... especially if you're paying them. Learn before you get someone to help you... because if you have another problem, are you going to hire someone again for something so small that you could do? If you really struggle and can't understand what to do, then get someone... but not just anyone. Anyone can PM you saying that they will yet lack knowledge of how to do so.
