[NoticeBox:Box0] Width=321 Height=167 Left=417 Top=277 URL='http://sealed-ro.bluesky-vps.com/patch/notice.html' (i also tried>base_url='http://sealed-ro.bluesky-vpscom/patch/notice.html. and also i tried to use notice_file='notice.html' but none of them works.)
