Make your custom wing just like official items robe

nice guide, but the lazy things are to do copy than rename all spr and act /wah

Why not make a tool that will do all the renaming for you? If no one else does it and I find time, I'll toss one together. Great guide. :)

it not just hard working or not

but it will take large patch just for 1 custom, how about 2, 3 and 4

maybe someone find out diff that use 1 robe fit for alljob

but nice guide /ok

Wrote a PHP script for it, but it's crashing in-game. Not sure if there's some sort of special encoding that's needed during file rename/compression or something. Will continue to investigate and try to resolve whatever issue, and afterwards will release.

K, got it working. Doesn't seem to allow you to wear the wings while mounted (tested on cash mounts), but all things considered, it still beats having to rename every single file. I'll put a basic thing together and toss it up sometime when I get the chance. For now, here's the PHP code:

Place the .spr and .act of the wing/rucksack into the "base" folder and name each 1.spr / 1.act -- If you have multiples you want to do at once, search the code I pasted above for:

In TWO places. Set the 2 to one higher than the max amount you have in the base folder. If you have seven you want to make, change the 2 to 8.

CHMOD 0777 the output and base folders.

If you can't do the above, simply wait for my release.

Further, if anyone can modify the code to MAKE the directories for you upon execution, I'll ess your dee.

Hmm, I'm missing a few class names in my code. I'll add the once I have time; If anyone can figure it out before I get the chance to do so, I'd be most appreciative, as it'll expedite the process of completing my little tool I threw together for this.

I seem to be missing a Royal Guard file name thus far that I'm aware of. Not sure if it's affecting female RG, as I've currently only tested on male. Will continue my search either this weekend or over Thanksgiving holiday.

Yet another response;

I'm seeming to have issues with Royal Guard male sprite not having the robe show up especially. If anyone could assist with this, that'd be fabulous.

Edit: Seems to just be issues with third classes that have mounts; namely, mounted RK, Royal Guard, Royal Guard mounted, Ranger.

If anyone can figure out the filename or what the deal is, I'd be much appreciative. :)

Hmm, I'm thinking it might be the .spr files themselves.. perhaps the classes that aren't showing properly need additional frames? I'm a bit confused.. going to look through the lua files to see if I can find anything else. Thanks for the guided list!
