Does anyone else feel that technology is advancing way too fast? Like I remember the days when 256 mb ram was considered a lot and people used to shell out 1,000 dollars (US) for a 1 gb hard drive. Now we have micro sd's that hold 32x that for like 40 dollars (US) or less. Also I remember when HP sold desktops with 256 ram and 80 gb hard drive for like 1,000+ now you can get a 4 gb ram comp with 500 gb for like 300 dollars.

Also quad core processors already generate way too much heat for most heat sinks to keep up with but despite that they moved on to the oct core.

Also most of our smart phones are more powerful than our desktops from just 10 years ago.

Where do you think this will lead up to?

I fear robot apocalypse like in the Matrix.

Toddlers shouldn't have cell phones. From what I recall in an article, small children under the age of 13's skull are underdeveloped and suffer more damage from radiation from the phone than normal.

I know when I have kids, they are going to suffer just like I did growing up
