HI.. I need some help.. I done with my server and basicly it working. But i Have some issue which after:

1. i run my Ragnarok,

2. pass thru the username and password,

3. and following select server.

and then the problem come which is i failed to connect to server.. /omg

Any idea how can i fix this???... /sob

Im using Alexandria data. and 2011-03-15aRagexeRE

is that a local hosting? check you configuration.

char_athena.conf

login_athena.conf

map_athena.conf

subnet_athena.conf

and make sure you use same ip that you putted in your clientinfo.xml

it is local hosting..

and i already triple check on that.. there is nothing wrong. and the client.xml also is the same ip. server running good just the problem on to get thru character select.. it failed.. and now still failed..

hope some1 can help me on this.. /whisp

make sure you don't connect with s1/p1

create a new account with _F/_M

i already tried... when i create an account _F/_M.. and error unregistered id pop up.. and it force close my ragnarok client

i Follow ur instruction.. but then, after service selection a.k.a my server..there is pop up shown rejected from server!!..

i follow ur step but still.. it not failed to connect now, but it reject me. /sob

@Brynner.. i think i can already access.. i make more then 1 acc at the Mysql> login..

server only reject the main id.. but the other id i put at the mysql>login.. it finally working..

but why the main id rejected?

i make using the _F/_M..

the one i make tru mysql databse is not working.. which is the one i save for s1/p1 under the charc_athena.conf and map_athena.conf

and i got few more question, hope u dont mind

1. is the acc i creat with _M/_F at the server pc will make the acc as gm acc that appear with yellow bold name for the character?

2. I try run my ro server using other pc, but nothing happend.. how i fix that?.. the only thing happen is the mouse courser blink rapidly

hmmm the s1/p1 is a default setup for eathena user db. you can't use it as your user name. also you are not allowed to login the server user name, and if you want to connect your other computer just make sure that you are using one lan setup.

oh thats why they can't connect. because you use wireless connection on your server. only the local host are allowed to connect to the server. if you want other to connect on your server. just make it lan connection not wireless connection.

nope it will be a normal account. you will need to edit the group_id to make it a gm account. and for the gm outfit it will be found in clientinfo.xml.

how can i take off the custom item from my charc.. or maybe delete it without login to ragnarok client.
